On our camps (4 to 7 days) :<\/h4>\n[toggles style=”default” accordion=”true”]\n[toggle color=”Default” title=”Daily life volunteers”][vc_column_text]Daily life volunteers are with the children all day long and participate in all of the proposed activities and workshops. They offer support to the children and pay particular attention to each child individually as well as to the group as a whole. Expected qualities: <\/span><\/strong>empathy, common sense, enthusiasm, patience and creativity.[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle]\n[toggle color=”Default” title=”Activity volunteers”][vc_column_text]Activity volunteers set up activities for groups of 8 to 10 children. They lead or help during these activities, and even organise and lead events in the evening for the entire camp. They are always ready to dress up, sing, dance, play, install, and clean up the different rooms. Expected qualities: <\/strong>dynamism, imagination, open-mindedness, cheerfulness as well as seriousness and having a sense of responsibility.[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle]\n[toggle color=”Default” title=”Medical volunteers (physician, nurse or care assistants)”][vc_column_text]Medical volunteers are responsible for the care and treatment of children, under the responsibility of the coordinating nurse.

On our hospital workshops (half a day):<\/h4>\n

The volunteer will animate or co-animate a creative and recreational workshop during 2 hours in our partner hospitals. He will make sure that the children understand and follow the activities and focus on their successful performances. The volunteers are always accompanied by a member of the team as well as the hospital’s medical team. Expected qualities:<\/strong> empathy, dynamism, enthusiasm, cheerfulness and creativity.<\/p>\n

On our recreational field trips (half a day):<\/h4>\n

During our recreational field trips, the volunteer will accompany the families and assure that the field trip is going well. He will also create a link between families and make them discover L’ENVOLs other programs. Expected qualities: <\/strong>organization, patience, listening and observation skills, and an appropriate speech. During our recreational field trips, the volunteer will be self-suffisant, therefore, an anterior volunteering experience on one of our camps is necessary<\/strong> to apply.<\/p>\n
